LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUYour profile:A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.A minimum of five years of experience as Project Manager in cross-organizational projects.Experience in Turbomachinery, associated equipment and Industrial and Power Generation markets.Team player and able to communicate at multiple levels with customers, peers, and team members.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good written skills in English and able to speak clearly in English.Ability to work in an accurate and structured way.Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts.Willingness to have regular on-site customer visits.Your responsibilities:Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle until final acceptance (FAC): Handles relevant planning elements and milestone results.Involve the relevant partners in the sales/project initiation phase.Perform contract reading and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities, and contractual obligations.Responsible for the technical solution and the integration of all (sub-)systems.Manage Customer Requirements: Manage customer expectations, solve issues, and actively gather information on the customer and their strategies, requirements, and targets.Regularly perform lessons learned activities and feed the results into own project and organization.Manage project finances: Take full responsibility for financial results according to set targets, examine project proposal/order entry costing, and ensure regular financial controlling and reporting according to regulations.Identify non-conformances, minimize non-conformance costs, and ensure that the results of risk assessments are appropriately reflected in project calculation.Your opportunities for personal growth:Learning from experience in a cross-functional team and holding business responsibility.
