YOUR MISSION In the context of "giving users easy access to anything in their city", Q-commerce (Quick Commerce) is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game to sending a gift to filling up their fridge. As part of the Global Groceries team, the Global Specialties Project Manager will be responsible for helping us develop Specialty stores such as Bakeries, Wine shops, Butcheries, Organic shops in Glovo's 25 countries. THE JOURNEY Transversal project management: Navigate a highly diverse set of stakeholders in HQ (Data, People, Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, etc.) and local Q-commerce teams to drive action and results. Supportive environment: Build and maintain a good relationship with local teams while giving constructive feedback. Expand to new countries: Establish new ways of working and guide local teams to start building the vertical. Main projects: Partners performance: Track key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and assess actionable steps for the local team. Commercial support: Hold recurrent meetings with local teams to facilitate negotiations with top partners and ensure all commercial targets are met. Additionally, develop reporting tools such as Looker dashboards and pitch decks. Events: Focus on leveraging specific festivities like St. Valentine's, Mother's Day, and Christmas. As the Specialties PM, you will monitor and guide local teams to ensure the best content (special products) and dedicated app features are available to increase awareness.
