Do you want to join us on an exciting HR change journey? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our HR Foundations programme.
The HR foundations programme consists of 6 projects, and you will be responsible for two, namely the Workday Access and the Workday Position Management Project. In these projects, we are looking at redefining the HR access to Workday as well as the joiners, leavers, and movers' processes in Workday. In this role, you will work closely with the different regions and countries (particularly providing support to the South Europe region) and play a key role in communications and moderation between the program team and the local stakeholders. You will run workshops to explain processes and gather local requirements. You will also play a pivotal role in testing prototypes of Workday together with the technical programme team. Next to working on the projects you are running, you will be supporting the other projects where needed.
We are looking for you who has strong communications and prioritization skills as well as attention to detail and is used to a rapidly changing environment. As the project manager, you will report to the HR foundations programme Manager and work closely with the whole programme team.
You will succeed in the role if you have:
A university degree or equivalent working experience in HR and/or with projects.
Experience in working with Workday (as a user, no technical skills required).
Advanced Microsoft Office user (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Fluent language skills in English, and in one South European language (Italian/French/Spanish/Portuguese).
Experience in working across different countries and regions.
