We are looking for a Project Manager to join our HR Foundations programme. The HR Foundations programme consists of 6 projects, and you will be responsible for three: the Workday Payroll Feed, the Job Catalogue Completion, and the Workday Help Optimisation Project.In the Workday Payroll Feed, we are implementing a feed from Workday into local payroll systems providing key data points. In the Job Catalogue Completion, we are looking at implementing the existing job catalogue across all regions, divisions, and functions. In the Workday Help Optimisation, we are looking at improving the Workday Help Functionality for the UK Shared Service center.In this role, you will work closely with different regions and countries and play a key role in communications and moderation between the program team and local stakeholders. You will run workshops to explain processes and gather local requirements. You will also play a pivotal role in testing prototypes of Workday together with the technical program team.
