Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous. Additional training or certification in financial management or risk management is beneficial. Compliance with licensing requirements for export controls or sanctions regulations may be necessary.Experience: Intermediate experience in managing and leading projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and guiding team members to achieve project goals. Hands-on experience in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues and risks.
