In this role, you will help to develop and deploy our digital health offering, directly impacting professional healthcare access around the world.
For this role, we are primarily interested in applicants located in Spain, but we will also consider exceptional candidates from Ireland or the UK, with willingness to travel as needed. Objective We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful implementation of our health tech services for clients. This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven professional who can work cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery, on-time results, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Tasks Project Planning and Execution Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of health tech services for clients, primarily insurance companies, but also public entities, pharma companies and other digital health companies. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Team Coordination Collaborate with the Tech Team to drive software development and system integration efforts. Partner with the Care Quality Team to ensure the implementation aligns with healthcare standards and delivers value to end-users. Work closely with the Client Success Team to meet client-specific needs and provide timely updates. Client Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for client projects, ensuring their goals and requirements are clearly understood and met. Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional outcomes and addressing concerns promptly. Process Improvement Analyze project performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement in delivery and processes. Proactively contribute to developing scalable project management practices to support the company's growth.Have extensive experience developing software solutions, preferably in the healthcare and/or insurance and/or pharma industries. Experience 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in health tech, insurance tech, or related industries. Proven track record of delivering technology-driven projects on time and within scope. Experience with technical software product management and/or AI projects is a significant advantage Experience with software UX principles and best practices is a plus Experience with 3rd party integrations is also highly valued. Skills Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate technical discussions and collaborate effectively with software development teams. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science). A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. You speak and write English at a professional level (additional languages are a plus) Traits Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
