As a key member of our Statistics Delivery cluster, you will leverage your project leadership expertise, operational excellence, and people management skills to deliver impactful projects, develop talent, and contribute to business growth.Your missionsProject DeliveryResponsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within Statistics delivery (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics).Act as Project Director, Project Manager, Lead Analyst, and/or Technical Advisor on projects within your specialty.Operational ExcellenceEnsure optimal staffing for projects within your cluster.Safeguard the quality of deliverables by setting standards of excellence and transmitting know-how to project teams and delivery managers.RecruitmentIdentify and flag recruitment needs to your line manager.Participate in recruitment processes by drafting job profiles, creating case studies, and conducting technical interviews.Thought Leadership & People DevelopmentContribute to thought leadership initiatives, including manuscripts, whitepapers, and webinars, in collaboration with the Practice Lead.Identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver trainings for project teams and delivery managers.Business Development SupportSupport the development of project extensions and proactively identify opportunities with existing clients to strengthen partnerships.Contribute to proposal development within your area of expertise.People Management ResponsibilitiesDevelop and mentor a team of 3-5 team members to support project delivery in Statistics.For new locations:Prepare a recruitment and development strategy for building local HEMA teams.Collaborate with HEMA Directors, Managers, and local teams to implement strategies effectively.Provide progress updates to the HEMA board on a quarterly basis.Your profileWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in Health Economics and Market Access :Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Health Economics & Market Access.Education: Post-graduate life-science degree.Technical Expertise: Proven experience in project leadership and study conceptualization within RWE, evidence synthesis, and/or biostatistics.Leadership: Previous line management or people management experience.Business Acumen: Strong business partnering skills and experience working in cross-functional environments.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to generate impact and deliver solutions to complex challenges.Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.What we offerAn international, collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth.Opportunities to work on high-impact projects within Statistics delivery (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics).A robust training system and opportunities for professional development.A vibrant workplace where trust, team collaboration, and career growth are central.We are committed to promoting diversity within the workforce and creating an inclusive working environment.
