About The RoleExperienced professional Project Manager, responsible for coordinating the delivery of real estate construction project located in Cadiz province.The role is site-based. Temporary contract.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectivesPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationshipsDelivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.Producing and presenting to customersPreparing bids for services.Managing service delivery for profit.Coaching and encouraging employees to help them develop their full potential.Identifying new business development opportunities and driving business growth within the business unit company.Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.About YouExperience, Knowledge and Key Skills:Sound experience managing real estate construction projects in Spain (7+ years)Experience working with luxury residence projects is desirable.Good knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sectorClear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.Excellent problem solving, negotiating and numeracy skillsSound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work as part of a team.Professional level of SpanishAbility to work on site.Ability to start intermediately or after 15 days of noticeQualifications:Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture or similar.About UsGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
