Project Manager H/M

Responsibilities:Monitor the vital signs of IT projects while managing progress and delivery schedules.Apply project management competencies including stakeholder management, scope, plans, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integration.Design and follow up on indicators/OKRs dashboards.Implement effective agile project management strategies.Work experience in a PMO or Governance team.Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work under pressure with an adaptive and transformational mindset.Profile:Participate effectively as part of a team with cross-team integration values.Exhibit energy, motivation, determination, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.Experience with project management or PPM tools (both traditional and agile), such as MS Project and Jira.Possess good analytical capacity, prioritization skills, and a focus-oriented mindset.Have a basic understanding of software engineering concepts, including cloud basics and ALM/SDLC notions.Recommended:Basic IT technical background.Strong knowledge and experience with Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
