Project Manager Grid (m/f/d) REQUISITION ID: 8724 LOCATION: Sarriguren, ES, 31621 Madrid, ES, 28001 DEPARTMENT: Engineering YOUR TASKS: Manage new development projects inside Global Engineering focused on grid code activities across the different Nordex portfolio platforms, assuring budget, quality and timeline of the project. Processing the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams (Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics, Installation, Service). Evaluation of project ideas and support up to approval. Align schedule and scope of own projects across the product platform with other project managers. Report to the program director of Turbine Serial Development as well as escalation to relevant committees. Coordination of the necessary resources with line and project managers. Coordination of technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management. Organization of prototype tests and ramp-up activities in the operation areas. YOUR PROFILE: Master's in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or similar. Complementary Training: Project Management experience required (PM certification preferred). Several years of experience in wind turbine industry, preferably on electrical and control functions. Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server). Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous. Profile: Team worker, customer and solution oriented, clear and structured communication and reporting skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary. Languages/Level: Fluent in English. Beneficial skills in Spanish and German. Relevant experience in an Engineering or project management position in wind industry.
