Project Manager & Grant Specialist At Linknovate

Position Type: Hybrid (Remote work 3 days/week & exceptionally 5 days/week for candidates outside Galicia).
Experience Level: Junior to mid experience (0 to 4 years), with a salary between 20,000 to 30,000€ / year.
Location: A Coruña, Galicia
This is an opportunity for a young and motivated PM & Grant writing specialist, with the potential to transition to a product-oriented role over time. Other areas of interest include partnerships, marketing & communication, and investor relations, in a deep tech startup with significant growth potential.
It is a challenging position, even for candidates with a technical background (engineering, physics, maths, bioengineering, etc.). B2B software products are complex, and navigating the startup world can be demanding.
We seek someone motivated to get their hands dirty and tackle these challenges.
Requirements:
Absolute Needs:

English proficiency: Cambridge CAE minimum, or C2 or higher.
Interest in science & technology.

Optional Skills:

Experience in grant writing and justification.
Previous experience with software (work, courses, etc.).
