About YouBachelor's degree with Engineering background required.More than 2 years in a project management role where you could put into practice your analytical skills.Deep context of the music and nightlife industry (either at a personal or professional level).Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-driven decisions.Good time management skills.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully across many disciplines.Experience when it comes to project management, managing assets and teams.Preferred QualificationsA higher degree (Master's, PhD) preferred.Sales management experience.About the roleDefinition and implementation of the strategy to grow the music and nightlife categories on Fever.Definition, optimization, monitoring, reporting and control of the global sales strategy in these categories, workflows, processes and KPIs.Working with the Head of Category Management and the Marketing team to define/understand KPIs & Business Goals and to identify business opportunities.Please note that this job does not involve any kind of direct selling activity.
