Key responsibilities include: Project Scoping and Analysis: Conduct qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis) and quantitative (data modelling, performance metrics) assessments to outline project goals. Strategic Recommendations and Implementation Planning: Develop comprehensive project proposals, detailing milestones, objectives, and timelines that align with compensation and sales goals. Day-to-Day Project Management: Oversee the project's progress, ensuring alignment with the plan and adjusting as necessary for success. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships and facilitate communication among key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and team synergy. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact project outcomes. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reporting to project sponsors and leadership to maintain transparency and accountability.
