Each individual working with MSF does it out of conviction and is ready to uphold the values and principles of MSF.CONTEXT AND GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSTThis position is located within the Fundraising department at MSF Spain, and it is hierarchically accountable to the Director of Fundraising. The Project Manager (PM) will work on projects and dossiers directly delegated by the Director of Fundraising. Such projects and dossiers are relevant and strategic and will require a harmonized coordination, particularly those with an important level of transversality between the Fundraising Department and other departments.On an initial stage, this PM will research opportunities for AI in fundraising and evaluate the proper fit of potential solutions, towards building a business case that will serve as the foundation for the implementation of prioritized AI solutions for fundraising. This PM will develop a business case and framework to test and implement strategic AI-assisted solutions for MSF Spain fundraising units. This will require engaging with department's units and teams to gather ideas and insights, explore opportunities and co-create use scenarios, analyze and prioritize solutions, identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, engage with internal and external technical specialists and working groups on AI, and develop a framework and a roadmap to test and implement prioritized solutions.The PM will also be required to follow up on other prioritized transversal across fundraising unit initiatives such as the development of the Fundraising team knowledge strategy, engaging with internal teams to align and coordinate efforts, mutualize resources and share knowledge.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, FUNCTIONS AND TASKSGeneral ResponsibilitiesManage the business case development process: track plan execution and timing, manage engagement with stakeholders, keep project documentation and provide timely reporting and updates.Contribute to the coordination and follow-up of transversal initiatives across fundraising and beyond.Support the Fundraising Director in communicating progress related to the project to key MS stakeholders (Comms department, P&IT, Legal, General Direction, etc.).Provide inputs about the project and participate in regular update meetings (monthly updates, weekly punto info, etc.)
