Here's what you'll do: Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate team members, and manage project timelines and budgetsTeam Leadership: Lead project teams, provide direction and support managers within the organisation with interdepartmental projectsQuality Assurance: Oversee project quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standardsSupport and Training: Support team members' professional development and ensure we have training systems to support the leadership teamStakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updatesSupervision: Act as an internal consultant for projects across the organisation, ensuring best practice in projects managed by other stakeholdersReporting: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholdersDocumentation: Maintain relevant project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluationsJob requirements: 3+ years of experience in Project Management and working in Agile environmentsFluency in English (C1 or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Jira, Excel/Google Sheets & Powerpoint/Google SlidesCertifications in Project Management and/or Agile methodology are a plusExperience using AI applications is a plusConditions Full-time freelance working agreement, 40 hours per weekFlexible working hours with a Monday to Friday scheduleWorking hours aligned to a Spanish schedule (Central European Time)Full remote position, with the possibility to come to our office in Barcelona if you want to!EBS Core Values:
