Project Manager for Plan&Schedule Production (Temp Agency) An opportunity for a Plan&Schedule Production Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate Plan&Schedule Production process community Prepare and follow up regular process alignment meetings Automatize and update process performance indicators for all sites Support the process owner in documentation updates and training creations Analytical tool decommissioning Collect local requirements on analytics tool capabilities from Spanish sites and handover to central project lead Deploy new analytical tool capabilities in Spanish sites SKILLS High motivation and enjoyment to work together with others Assertiveness and tenacity Respect and empathy in handling interests of others Good analytical and communication skills Ability to learn fast Proactive and problem-solving attitude Spanish and English fluency WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
