We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead fire safety projects across data centers in Spain. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet commercial and technical goals while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Specializing in the rapidly growing data center sector, you will be crucial in implementing advanced temperature control and fire detection systems.This is your chance to be part of something big, with opportunities for significant career growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage projects, defining scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders.Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and manage changes to meet delivery schedules.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Manage internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.Ensure projects comply with regulations, allocate resources effectively, and perform risk assessments to minimize potential issues.Utilize tools and techniques to measure and report project performance, escalating issues to management when necessary.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Strong electrical/mechanical engineering background with experience in fire detection and/or HVAC projects within a Data Center context.Data Center experience is mandatory.Qualified for certification and/or legalization of fire installations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and customers.Proficient in project scheduling, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking and managing multiple deadlines.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.Flexible and resilient, able to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.C1 English level is mandatory.Availability to travel across Spain at least twice a week.We offer:Competitive salary ranging from €42K to €60K, depending on experience and performance during the interviews.Performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package.Summer schedule.Health and Life insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career growth within Siemens, with pathways to roles such as Project Director or management positions.Flexibility to work from home while maintaining connectivity with our team and projects.And many more!#J-18808-Ljbffr
