Preferably located in Madrid, he/she will be responsible for the central area of Spain, including the Canary Islands.
Your mission and responsibilities: Siemens Healthcare is searching for a Project Manager for our central operations team in Spain.
This position will report to the Enterprise Services Director of Operations.
This individual participates in the development and support of the project/program plan with the project teams including activities such as, defining schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities.
Ensure continuous improvement activities are created and executed as necessary throughout the project life.
Task and responsibilities: Supports the overall management of the contractual relationship, subcontractors and installation of equipment.
Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
Executes all aspects of change managements throughout the course of the projects and reassesses the resource requirements.
Demonstrates a working knowledge in multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments.
Understands healthcare workflows.
Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
Consults with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Strategic Account Manager.
Clarifies customers´ targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP).
Prepares participation in tender and leads negotiation with customers.
Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable Project Manager Internal.
Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g.
Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Computer Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PM@ certification or equivalent will be valued.
Demonstrate a good understanding of knowledge of hospital information systems and internal workflows.
Technical experience in emergency configurations and surgical block will be valued.
Typically, 5 to 10 years of successful experience in healthcare projects, either information system or equipment management.
Domestic travel up to 30% of the time.
It is necessary to have a B driving license.
