**PROJECT MANAGER**
Future Fibres is the market leader in composite rigging products for yachting. As part of the
North Technology Group, we are at the forefront of technology in the performance marine
industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and
successful operations. The project manager is responsible for receiving and managing
orders/projects of technical composite parts from the sales team and ensuring they are
designed, manufactured, and delivered to the customer on time, in budget, and to the correct
quality level through the different departments in the business.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Managing a variety of projects.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Reporting and escalating quality, resource, time, and cost status to management as
needed.
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Engineering experience in production, design, or a technical field and/or working
experience in project management in a technical sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
- Working knowledge of CAD.
- Great interpersonal skills, needing to motivate and maintain relationships in varying
circumstances.
- Independent, pro-active, problem solver, and innovative.
- Hands-on experience with composite manufacturing will be valuable.
- Ability to balance short term needs with longer term project planning.
- Sailor or worked within the marine industry will be a plus.

Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager que garantice la satisfacción de
nuestros clientes y el éxito de nuestras actividades. El/la Project Manager será responsable de
recibir y gestionar los pedidos/proyectos de los productos que ofrece la empresa, procedentes
del equipo de ventas, y asegurar que se diseñan, fabrican y entregan al cliente a tiempo, dentro
del presupuesto pactado y con el nível de calidad requerido junto con la colaboración de los
distintos departamentos de la empresa.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestionar diversos proyectos.
- Coordinar los recursos internos y externos para la ejecución de los proyectos.
- Garantizar que todos los proyectos se entregan a tiempo, dentro del alcance y dentro del
presupuesto.
- Gestionar la relación con el cliente y todas las partes interesadas.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad y asignación de recursos.
- Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado para supervisar y controlar el progreso.
- Gestionar los cambios, el calendario y los costes del proyecto.
- Informar y escalar a la dirección el estatus de calidad, recursos, tiempo y costes, según
sea necesario
