Touch in Touch is recruiting a Project Manager for a multinational leader company in the railway industry that provides highly engineered systems and services to virtually every major rail transit system around the world.The hired candidate will be responsible for managing the Project and the project team (from an operational perspective).Main responsibilities:Ensure management of the contract with Customer satisfaction while improving profitability and optimizing working capital (e.G. overdue reduction).Ensure the quality, timing, profitability, project cost and customer satisfaction related to the Project. The PM's responsibility ends with the end of warranty period.Bring his/her inputs to the sales department and validate tender made by sales organization before sending it to the customer to be included in the tender. (The PM shall participate in the tender phase which is managed by the Sales Manager although PM is in charge once the order has been received, except if Division Director decide to start earlier)Main and leading interface for the customer until the end of his responsibility.Formalize the project objectives, assure animation and formalized follow-up.Build, validate and follow up the planning and work breakdown structure of the project, including the deliveries planning according to customer needs.Promote a maximum use of standards.Promote and verifies the good application of project management tools.Respect QCD and Increase efficiency respecting existing approved processes.Launch the project and builds the project team, obtaining validation from the different department's hierarchies.Attribute and follow the realization of the objectives and tasks of the different members of the project team.Manage the team, including appraisal process in a non-hierarchical matrix.Assure the follow-up and controlling of the turn-over, budget and profitability of the project, helped by the financial controlling.Assure working capital follow-up for the project including customer payments and overdues.Launch and pilots the relevant actions plan.Customer focus: Ensure excellent customer relationship at the project management level. Support the project engineering in charge in front of the customer when difficulties arise.Manage dedicated action plans with project team in order to improve the project profitability.Control customer claims.Manage a regular risk analysis, launches and pilots relevant action plans.Requirements:University Degree (Engineering desirable).Master's in science / business and/or similar is a plus.Experience in a project management or product management role.High level of English.
