As our new Project Manager your key responsibilities will, among other things, be to: Report and follow up the different assigned projects.
Communicate with the customer to follow up the status of the project.
Cost, Schedule, and Quality control of the assigned project.
Coordination role on project activities with other internal department.
Preparation of Communication material and keeping updated the sharepoint project site.
Preparation of related processes technical documentation Support on project IT tool development and deployment, preparing user stories, getting user requirements and following up on the validation and roll out.
Other special needs: Soft skills: Collaborative and open-minded Understanding the big picture, pragmatic approach Able to establish formal as well as informal networks Able to communicate adequately on all levels of the organization Experience in engineering projects (+1 year) REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
