Key Responsibilities: Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, create detailed plans, and coordinate tasks efficiently. Budget & Resource Management: Control project budgets and allocate resources effectively. Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Stakeholder Communication: Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing updates and expectations. Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, adjust plans, and document key metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Asana is preferred. Certification as a technical architect is a plus!
