We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in either our Marbella, Spain, or Malmö, Sweden office. You will work alongside a skilled team focused on efficient, organized project execution to drive our company's mission and success.
About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing both internal and external projects, ensuring effective communication, clear documentation, and seamless execution at every stage. In this fast-paced environment, you'll coordinate across teams and with external clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external clients. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency and clarity by communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Write and maintain high-quality tickets in our project management tool, ClickUp, including clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and deadlines. Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and regular status updates to keep projects on track. Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project progression. Mandatory Skills: We are looking for someone with experience in project management who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex tasks. You should have:
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using ClickUp (or similar project management tools) to create detailed project tickets with clear instructions and acceptance criteria. The ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously. Fluency in English.
