Chemo, the industrial area of the Insud Pharma group, is a world leader in RD and manufacturing of more than 100 value-added active pharmaceutical ingredients and more than 122 medicines with more than 200 different product presentations.General Responsibility: Manage moderately large or complex assignments that require proven project management skills.
Assist the business development team with writing and presenting proposals for projects, maintaining moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior-level executives at the client.
Supervise and review work related to project management of less experienced personnel.Specific Responsibilities:Understand the needs of the internal customers, projects, and align them with the strategic guidelines of Chemo.Participate in the development of an e-project system with all the involved internal departments (IP, Clinical, Regulatory, Development, Production, Sales).Analyze the characteristics and needs of each project, evaluating processes end to end, identifying stages and milestones in the calendar (scope, goals, talents, resources).Communicate properly and in time with the various entities involved in plans.Provide alternatives or contingency solutions to changes or problems in execution.Ensure optimization of resources (capital, effort, organization, departments, and systems), time, cost, and quality.Assist and inform internal and external customers.Define and monitor the reporting and monitoring indicators.Establish, develop, and maintain systems and communication and control processes (registration system and information about project progress, deviations, actions) CRM, BI, etc.Plan the milestones of a project and identify the milestone owners.Monitor project steps with 3rd-party developers.Ensure timely communication with clients and/or partners.Organize joint steering committees.Revise project plans, status, and budget for short-term and mid-term business plans.Report regularly to the Board about deviations from approved assumptions of projects.Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.Revise project sales expectations, NPV, and business cases on a regular basis.Requirements and Personal Skills:Education: University Degree (Economics, Business, Pharmacy), Master is a plus.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position.Specific Knowledge: PMP Certification desirable.Travels: Open to travel worldwide
