YesOffer Description Coordination of all management aspects related to the project, such as the preparation and execution of meetings, agendas and minutes, the review of the required deliverables and their incorporation into the European Commission's Funding & Tenders platform.Assistance to the DRYAD Coordinator and the leaders of the different Work Packages in their day-to-day coordination and management.Organisation and administration of virtual and face-to-face meetings and other activities, including travel and travel management (accommodation/boarding).Management of the consortium's reporting obligations and coordination of partners, including contact with the Project Officer of the European Commission's CINEA.Maintaining permanent contact with the IPO of the UDC.The management of the networking activities of the project assigned to the UDC.Financial and legal monitoring of the project (including budget control) and regular reporting to the European Commission, in direct coordination with the UDC International Projects Office (OPI).The preparation of the financial reports of the project and the collection and filing of all documents necessary for the justification of the project expenditure in direct communication with the project coordinator.The implementation of the procedures included in the 'Quality and Risk Management Plan' of the project.The coordination of communication and dissemination activities in collaboration with each beneficiary.The monitoring and control of the allocation of resources to the different partners.Coordination and dialogue with project partners and stakeholders, including public administrations linked to the project, such as local, provincial, regional and national administrations.Collaboration in the organisation and coordination of events and workshops and in the preparation of surveys and polls.Participation in the meetings of the executive committee (EXcom), the DRYAD project consortium and the internal meetings of the UDC group.Participation in the creation and dynamisation of the project's communities of interest (communities of practice).Monitoring of the degree of compliance of the project, including the main activities, periodic and non-periodic reports, meetings, deliverables and milestones.Experience with European projects, and specifically EU framework programme projects (e.G. Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe).Excellent communication skills in English
