This role involves managing the projects and tasks in details, following up on progress, running tight timelines, coordinating between various teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of all milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the gaming industry and a passion for innovative and creative projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, art, QA) to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Lead regular team meetings to align on goals and track progress.
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of game development processes and workflows.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working on creative or innovative projects.
A passion for gaming and an understanding of game mechanics.
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in game development.
