Responsibilities: Guide, track, and monitor the progress of the PoC, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met as planned. Work closely with internal and external teams, including Microsoft experts and other relevant stakeholders. Provide regular and detailed updates on the project status to senior management and other key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project development. Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and outcome evaluations.
