This project manager position will be based in Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities:Promote Mace's value of safety first, exhibiting visible safety behaviours, sharing lessons learned, and using safety moments and Mace's HSW framework to support the safety and wellbeing of all Mace staff.Possess technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio.Champion a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the people in your team.Ensure quality systems are suitably managed in line with service excellence.Deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.Manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.Determine and arrange project technical services and external resources required for project/s.Deliver project objectives in line with the project plan, lead and supervise project teams and relevant stakeholders to achieve project key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor project timeframes and budgets, ensuring diligent management and successful delivery of project management, highlighting any risks, challenges, and mitigations.Collaborate with relevant parties/stakeholders and ensure robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored in line with Mace way/service excellence.Participate in and record relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.Partner with relevant stakeholders and be actively involved in risk management and mitigation treatments.Effectively coordinate and communicate with all project parties/stakeholders, ensuring completion of responsibilities/tasks and that suitable standards and records are documented and maintained
