Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the identification, development, and implementation of generative AI internal use cases across the Group Lefebvre Sarrut.
Responsibilities
Identification of Use Cases:
Collaborate with various departments in all the Business Units to identify potential generative AI use cases.
Conduct needs assessments to determine areas where generative AI can add value.
Develop a prioritization framework for evaluating and selecting use cases.
Development and Implementation:
Oversee the development of AI models and applications from concept to deployment.
Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to ensure project requirements are met.
Implement best practices for AI model development, testing, and validation.
Monitor progress and performance of AI models post-deployment, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate AI Internal Processes Committee
Act as the primary point of contact for all generative AI projects within the Group.
Facilitate regular meetings and communications among project stakeholders.
Provide updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
Manage expectations and address concerns related to AI projects.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful project outcomes.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Organize training sessions and workshops to educate employees about generative AI.
Develop and share documentation, guidelines, and best practices for AI projects.
Promote the adoption of generative AI tools and techniques across the company.
Qualifications
Academic background : Bachelor's degree. Additional courses: AI, Project Management, Copilot
Languages: English (High), French (Recommended)
Tools : MS Expert, PM Tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, JIRA, Notion…)
Location: at any office of the Lefebvre Sarrut Group (Bélgica, Luxemburgo, Londres, Frankfurt, Roma, Madrid y Amsterdam). Hybrid working.
Experience :
Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, specifically generative AI.
