Due to continuing expansion, Payslip is recruiting for a talented and results driven Payroll experienced Project Manager to work within our Customer Success team. Based in Ireland - Dublin, Westport, Bulgaria - Varna, Spain, Remote.
In this position, you will be responsible for successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, preparation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Organise resources to deliver projects in an efficient way in line with commercial and time deliverables agreed
Identify project or programme methodologies which can be implemented to deliver ongoing efficiencies to the organisation, delivery, and clients
Oversees and manages relevant project budgets including specific IT budgets, resources, vendors, and partners
Consistently evaluates efficiency and makes changes as necessary
Setup of governance processes, own delivery of governance reviews and relevant audit requirements
Manage all day-to-day activities of projects, timelines, and milestone are met
Collaborate with implementation, integrations, technology support, and governance teams impacting the project
Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
Responsible for project timeliness and budgets
Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
Make decisions based on information in a timely manner
Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review
Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives
Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate channels (Governance Board)
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks
Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company and its project delivery and deployment
Qualification and Skills Required
5 years+ in a senior project management or programme management roles
Broad knowledge of project management methodologies or related certifications
Payroll experience highly desirable
Demonstrable project planning and management experience
Project experience in delivering multi-locational projects
Experience building and delivering projects with external clients, resources or partners
Educated to degree level
Experience managing people directly and indirectly to targets and agreed deliverables
