To ensure the success of digital marketing strategies for the benefit of artists, bands, recordlabels and festivals through the management and coordination of teams dedicated to theexecution of plans that satisfy our clients and allow them to achieve their goals effectively.Responsibilities Project Management: Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget by overseeingand managing projects from start to finish, with a keen focus on achieving specificproject objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Strategic Planning: Develop plans to retain customers and expand services.Team management: Lead and coordinate diverse team of specialists in differentareas of digital marketing, such as social media, SEO, SEM, and graphic design.Client communication: Foster open, transparent communication, anticipate andaddress inquiries promptly, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.Proactively identify and meet client needs and expectations to enhance theirexperience and project outcomes.Analysis and measurement: Ensure compliance with the objectives of each project byoptimizing resources and reporting. This involves optimizing resources and providingregular reports to assess whether objectives are being met and establish a clear pathto surpass client expectations.Industry research: Keep updated on topics related to the music industry and digitalmarketing to develop new strategies.Experience 4 years of experience working in record labels.Previous experience managing digital marketing projects, preferably in the musicindustry.
