Mission As the Project Manager for PLD Space, your mission is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the company's projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of PLD Space's projectsfrom initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourceallocation, and risk management. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement,and other departments to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, andschedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customerexpectations. Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, andimplement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverablesto internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring transparency andalignment. Facilitate effective team meetings, reviews, anddecision-making processes to foster collaboration and drive results. Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, andpartners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance withproject requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards,and quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project reports, presentations, anddocumentation to senior management and key stakeholders. Provide high-level and low-levelfeedback for MIURA 5 program development planning. Necessary Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or relatedfield, advanced degree preferred. Experience managing complex projects in the aerospace,defense, or technology industries. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques,including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Desired Requirements Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toachieve project objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, withthe ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
