Project Manager

Job summary The Project Manager will be working closely with the Sales Team and Operations Team to gather projects requirements. He is also responsible for ensuring all internal and external projects are tracked, managed, and implemented in an effective manner, to the required specification and within budget.
Formal project management methodologies are to be utilized as per the IME standards and project matrix.
Your role in our mission : Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.Attending meetings with Business Developers, putting together business cases for the Sales Teams to support their proposals.Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.Project Planning: All documentation as required for the project scale to be created, revised, and communicated throughout the team.Produce all required Project Management documentation.Valued skills and experience : Graduate calibreAt least 3 years Project Management experience in a complex, multi-project environment.Experience of working within different levels within an organization from Operative to Senior Executive.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to drive the implementation of multiple projects to agreed standards, and implement transition support appropriate IME teams.Excellent Project Management skills including Microsoft Project.
