Support:Collaborate with PMO leadership to assist in developing and documenting operational frameworks that align with strategic objectives.Collect and organize operational data to contribute to tracking and refining PMO metrics.Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.Project Assistance:Assist with small-scale projects, including creating project charters, timelines, and reports to monitor progress.Document and track project performance against established KPIs, highlighting opportunities for optimization.Participate in brainstorming sessions for identifying and implementing process enhancements.Process Optimization and Innovation:Help drive the continuous improvement of PMO and Alira Health processes with PMO team members through lean and agile methodologies within assigned corporate initiatives.Support the integration of tools and technologies that enhance team efficiency.Stakeholder and Communication Management:Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for PMO meetings and leadership updates.Assist in facilitating communication between PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.Engage with diverse stakeholders to promote collaboration and achieve project milestones.Professional Development and Team Collaboration:Collaborate with PMO members to create communication across cross-functional teams.Assist in creating client governance frameworks to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and project outcomes.Prepare reports and presentations for PMO leadership on project performance and operational updates.IT Governance:Assist with tracking the PMO's IT project portfolio, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.Support the collection of IT-related metrics and collaborate with Business Process Owners to streamline solutions.Contribute to reports outlining system performance and alignment with organizational goals.DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Finance, or Life Sciences.Preferred: Coursework or internships related to project management, healthcare economics, or process improvement.Master's degree in related fields (e.g., Healthcare Management, Engineering, or Economics) preferred.Experience in healthcare and/or project management is a plus.LocationBarcelona, SpainDURATION6 MonthsIn-office
