As a Project Manager, you will get hands-on experience with a technological startup environment. You will manage projects from the roadmap planning to day-by-day operations and reports; you will use the platform and propose improvements and new functionalities to be implemented by our tech team, and you will be in continuous communication with our clients and industries.
What will you do at Bamboo? Manage projects from the onboarding of the client to operations, preparing and presenting reports to our clients, capturing their feedback to assure customer satisfaction and assuring the quality of the delivery on time. Analyze industries to identify suitable controllable processes providing technical and commercial support. Detect improvements to the platform and new functionalities that our clients need, collaborating with our software development team. Implement tools to facilitate the onboarding of the clients and add value to them. Monitor the correct functioning of the platform to assure the quality of the service delivered. Analyze new market opportunities and the competitive landscape. Essential: Master's in industrial/energy engineering or similar. Ability and interest to deliver good quality written reports. Good planning & organizational skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Advantageous: Experience to lead, track and drive for progress in technical implementation projects. Knowledge/understanding of industrial operating systems and the energy sector. Programming languages: Python. Interest in analyzing and exploring innovative technologies. Languages: Spanish English Catalan (valuable) Other important competencies: Excellent internal and external verbal communication skills. Eager to explore the unknown.
