This role involves managing cross-functional teams indirectly, ensuring timely delivery within set budget targets, and alignment with company goals and customer needs.
The incumbent will support building a "Rovensa Next" spirit of collaboration and respect, leading through best practice and influencing people and outcome without having direct report responsibility.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and lead engaged teams of all resources, co-owning and driving the project outcome (time, cost, quality, and benefits case targets).Define and drive project scope, plan, resourcing, manage risks/issues, reporting, and delivery - ensure high-quality change management.Have an overview of all Biosolution RD initiatives, avoid redundancies, and ensure efficient project delivery worldwide.Own CAPEX Project Exercise by providing overviews of running projects, including status and costs, collecting new product innovation ideas from all parties involved, leading discussions in a "Must have, Should have, Could have, Won´t have" style for decision-making, proposing and securing investment.Secure efficient, proactive stakeholder engagement, (senior) intervention and appropriate sponsorship.Be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage stakeholders to use them for effective project execution while maintaining standards and compliance.Empower teams and maintain effective project management discipline.Develop, propose, and implement a worldwide Product Innovation Cycle calendar and tools to align on standards, methodologies, tools and ways of working.Be an advocate for the Rovensa Next Biosolutions Portfolio, sharing best marketing practices across regions and countries.Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the product development process to maintain customer-centric innovations.Prioritize sustainability in product development to align with global trends and company values.THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Significant experience in similar roles, including but not limited to Planning and Control, Finance, etc.Previous experience managing product lifecycle across the business.Full understanding of functional structures and interfaces across the business.Great project management and organization skills and capable of dealing with different stakeholders and challenges simultaneously and under pressure.Strong written and verbal communications, persuasion skills and ability to influence behaviors.Excellent interpersonal relationship and conflict management skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation.Capability of "leading without line-management responsibility."Strong data analysis focus and detail oriented.Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules.Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.English language; Spanish and or Portuguese additionally preferred.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary and performance bonus.We encourage work-life balance offering a flexible schedule.Health insurance.Life insurance.Ticket restaurant to expense your meals and you will also have coffee, fruit and breakfast available at the office.Company nursery allowance through flexible retribution.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
