You design and implement project plans that lead to success, with clear timelines, tight budgets, and thoughtful risk management. Collaborating with teams across our diverse operating companies, you work on groundbreaking projects that truly make a difference. Your role is pivotal to Neways' success. Under your leadership, deadlines are not just met, but exceeded. You ensure that budgets are always in check and that quality remains our top priority. You keep a close eye on project progress and communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders. This is what you bring to the team To excel in this position, it is important that you have at least several years of experience in technical project or program management in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to semicon, smart mobility or connectivity. Furthermore, we'd hope to see the following on your CV:

A bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in a technical or business administration field;
Demonstrable affinity with technology; experience in the EMS industry is a strong plus.
Strong 'can do' mindset and customer focus;
Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
Experience with supporting technical decisions with our customers within a nature team, including collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers;
A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically on the direction of electronic-based solutions and make recommendations with fact-based discussions and presentations;
Strongly analytical and results-oriented and skilled at stakeholder management;
Willingness to travel (up to 25% working time).
