Project Manager (Electronic background)

Mission:Guarantee the project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Deadlines) in project management. Ensure project or system coordination to achieve all project launches according to Valeo and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned projects operationally and functionally.
Manage OEM/OES projects (Component, System with known technological components, ...).
Responsible for achieving project KPIs in terms of profitability (both product/development and development activity payback and extended margin), quality, and production readiness.
Ensure project resources and control them.
Resolve all project issues requiring any type of support from all relevant functions through project escalation.
Define and manage the budget, including the budget for projects that are part of your project/system.
Manage relationships with customers (local and central) and coordinate communication within your team, as well as with associated P2/P1 projects.
Competencies and Experience Required:
Degree in Engineering/Master's in Electronics or Telecommunications.
Personal skills to manage the functional organization.
Financial knowledge regarding product cost structure, payback, etc.
Knowledge and practice of the electronic product development process.
Successful experience in project development functions P0/P1 (2/3 years).
Experience in other development functions (Quality, Processes, Sales, Purchasing), at least two.
