How to contribute to our vision The Project Manager is focused on the management of activities related to the Electrical commodities, relationship with the Platforms, cost-out activities, and TD projects. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Executes the project within the defined requirements/targets (e.G. cost, time, functionality). Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management. Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary. Reporting to Electrical Module Management and Platform in the context of Electrical Commodities. What you need to make a difference: Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Between 3-5 years of experience managing projects and tasks with different teams. Teamwork, leadership, cross-functional communication, methodical, decisive, flexible, and proactive person. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal (level C1/C2). Negotiating, mainly with internal stakeholders/functions, and conflict resolution.
