We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Digital Experience (DX) Technology Manager with a focus on United Nations (UN) agencies and International Organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital transformation, modern technology platforms, and business development within the international organizations sector. As a Digital Experience manager, you will lead transformation projects across all digital channels (web, mobile, conversational, VR/XR, social media, etc). Sitting at the intersection between technology, business and people, you will act as a key partner for our clients in understanding their goals, proposing technical solutions, and ensuring successful execution. Your role will include overseeing project lifecycles, managing teams, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the UN and similar organizations to drive digital experience excellence. Project delivery: Lead implementation and integration of enterprise grade Digital Experience platforms (Adobe, Drupal, Liferay, Optimizely, …) and AI-driven, personalized omni-channel experiences. Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust. Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, business analysts, security engineers, domain experts, QA engineers, and others across multiple geographies and clients. Implement and oversee modern management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, PM2) to ensure excellency in project execution and delivery in time and in target. Ensure technical alignment to industry standards and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team. Business development: Serve as a trusted technology advisor for UN agencies, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and global development clients. Work jointly with account managers to support commercial activity via presentations, customer relationship management, development of tailored value propositions Respond to large scale RFPs, in cooperation with multiple business units, stakeholders and partners. Support alliances with strategic partners (product vendors, hyperscalers, etc) and other actors in the ecosystem. Key Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years IT experience, with at least 6 years in project management. Experience working with International Organisations (United Nations, European Commission, etc) highly desirable. Experience in responding to public tenders. Proven experience in deployment of Digital Experience platforms in large organisations. Proven experience interacting with C-level and senior stakeholders. Excellent written and oral English (C1 level minimum) and working Spanish. Availability for international travel a big plus.
