.Description: About Gartner Digital MarketsWhat we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Project / Process Optimization Manager to join the Gartner Digital Markets Vendor Services team. The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the process of bringing creative executions to life and improving business processes both for the team and cross-functionally throughout the business. The Project Manager helps define and monitor scopes, budgets, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. They work toward ensuring that work streams are delivering effectively end to end and all stakeholders in the process are primed for success. The ability to think strategically, be agile, and understand branding, marketing metrics and terminology will be helpful to the success of this role.Why you'll want to come to work:Coordinate international objectives in improving product and service deliverables.Develop methods for simplifying business processes.Manage and oversee multiple creative project executions and deliverables working directly with integrated teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Data Analysis team) to manage and refine business processes including project management.Ensure marketing campaigns are executed with precision and within predefined timelines and budgets.Work as a liaison between all creative team members to develop effective and efficient processes that result in high-quality deliverables.Work directly with cross-functional teams to understand project requests, define objectives, gather requirements and map timelines into clearly defined project plans.Manage day-to-day problems, communicate effectively in a deadline-driven environment and understand when to escalate issues.Monitor and track projects, produce and distribute status tracking reports and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.Provide project status on a regular basis, raise scope creep to teams and manage changes as needed.Manage communication and approvals between creative and client teams and prioritize workloads.What you'll bring to the team:A minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in international markets coordinating efforts for multiple teams.Proficient in reporting, dashboards, CRM's KPI's, and Excel (Sugar CRM, Power BI, Google Analytics).Strong analytical proficiency and effective project and process management skills.Experience guiding multiple stakeholders towards a singular goal.Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.Strong collaboration skills to partner with sales to understand the client's goals and tailor service accordingly.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks
