You will support and drive our transformation towards new ways of working.About you:Engineering degree preferred (other degrees accepted depending on experience); MBA or similar would be a plus.5+ years' experience in Project Management with proficiency in principles, methods, techniques, and tools.Proven track record in Data project management, leading multiple teams/workstreams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced English proficiency.Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.Ability to influence outcomes and facilitate the development of solutions to address critical business needs.Strong interpersonal and financial skills; experience in financial services or credit management would be a plus.Main Responsibilities:Build and manage the end-to-end project plan; monitor and report progress.Identify risks and issues, proactively resolve/mitigate them, ensuring project delivery to time, cost, and quality.Define, approve, and deliver business outcomes; ensure benefits realization.Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders.Manage the pipeline of initiatives and deliver services for allocated markets.Act as the focal point for initiative owners within the DA project implementation.Hold self and others accountable for committed actions and initiative delivery.Work with local stakeholders to resolve business issues and prioritize actions needed to drive progress.Prepare materials for alignment meetings and collate content for local or global SteerCos.Nice to have:Excellent command of several languages apart from Spanish and English.Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude and ability to cope with new initiatives.Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.Benefits Perks:We lead the way to a sound economy.
