Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join the Portfolio and Programmes team, to drive one or more product deliveries or initiatives through the entire lifecycle including discovery, planning, implementation, launch and customer rollout including transitioning into support and maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will rely on magnifying the best in individuals and bringing the right people together for each Programme of work.
It is critical to develop a culture of collaboration where everyone is focused on customer outcomes through successful delivery rather than overserving of organisational silos.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishing clear objectives and deliverables of the Project(s)Ensure the creation of a business case in line with business requirements.
Develop a Vision and a Roadmap in conjunction with Project Sponsor and key stakeholdersDeveloping detailed project plans for guiding the stakeholders, project teams and revising plans based on changing needs and requirementsIdentifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strength of the team membersMonitoring project performance to ensure timely deliveryCompiling and submitting project status reports to all stakeholdersWorking effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementationDeveloping excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholdersKey RequirementsBachelor's Degree and/or relevant experienceSolid experience in leading projects from idea to launch across multiple time zones and sitesExperience of Lean Agile, especially ScrumExperience in leading technology/data solutions programs working with SaaS, Cloud Computing, and/or emerging technologiesAbility to manage the expectations, demands, and priorities of multiple internal stakeholders based on overarching purpose/visionProactive and action oriented who can lead teams through ambiguity in an organised fashionCross-functional experience across engineering, sales, marketing, research, data teams in data/cloud computing or related technical fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt flexibly with the changing needs and direction of a rapidly growing organizationExcellent relationship builder, open-minded and culturally sensitiveExperience in various tools for management and project planning, especially MS ProjectSolid communication skills having previously worked with senior leadership teams (written and verbal)Confidentiality - maintaining the utmost levels of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with Company informationSalaryUp to 65,000.00€ per year
