Our mission is to deliver unparalleled value and ensure customer satisfaction through professional expertise and innovative solutions.Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our team and seeking Project Managers with a proven track record in the electronic security industry.This position is based primarily in the Madrid area, with responsibilities across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will take full ownership of managing large-scale projects, particularly within data centers, and will play a key role in maintaining operational and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all design and technical engineering teams involved in assigned projects.Manage the development, execution, and evaluation of project designs to meet customer needs.Collaborate with Account Managers to provide design support and resolve technical queries.Supervise construction and testing phases to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Approve significant changes affecting project scope, budget, or schedule.Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to the Finance Director.Manage teams through subordinate managers to deliver projects of moderate complexity.Contribute to strategic decisions impacting project delivery in collaboration with the Operations Director.Develop budgets in partnership with Operations and Finance Directors.Address and escalate cross-departmental issues as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Demonstrable experience working on data center projects, particularly in systems integration.At least 2 years of experience in the electronic security industry.Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.Preferably EU Citizenship.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.A valid driving license.Proficiency in English is essential.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced, global environment, we would love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
