The main purpose of the job consists of coordinating the development of components for the faucet industry, looking for continuous improvement and innovation according to the standard process of new product development, fulfilling the quality, cost, and time established by the Product Committee in order to meet internal and external customer needs.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning project execution and necessary resources to ensure success and market entry.Directing and coordinating the resources allocated in each stage, leading project team meetings to ensure proper operation.Ensuring the execution of the projects according to the standard process of New Product Development.Reporting periodically the state of the project to the organization.Being a valid interlocutor with customers.REQUIREMENTSMaster's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanics.Solid knowledge in project management using standardized methodology.At least 5 years of experience in technical departments and more than 3 years as a project manager. Experience in the plastic industry, automotive, or manufacturing.Advanced level of English.Computer skills: Solid Works, CAD, SAP, Microsoft Office.Availability for traveling to China regularly.Team leadership skills, analytical skills, goal orientation, internal and external customer orientation, autonomy, and initiative.TYPE OF CONTRACT: IndefiniteSCHEDULE: Full-time
