The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects. This position involves heavy collaboration across all functions, so flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly is a must.AccountabilitiesDelivering on projects using the best approach as set out within any project methodology processes.Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.Documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification.Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.Identifying and facilitating the resolution of any issues that may arise.Providing technical, project track and financial reports and budget outlines for executive committees.Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues of cross-Technology project support requests.Exercising independent judgment with minimal direction from the supervisor and working independently to manage one's time.Ensuring accountability with self and others and maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Supporting cross-organizational high-performance teams, creating a collaborative environment and executing with a sense of urgency.QualificationsMandatory Qualifications:3+ years of work experience in a technical project management-related role, with a bachelor's degree or 2 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree.Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication (Including MS Office Suite), and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence technical (especially security) and business issues and/or solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.Desired Qualifications:Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically.
