Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects.
This position involves heavy collaboration across all functions so flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly is a must.
Accountabilities
Delivering on projects using the best approach as set out within any project methodology processes.
Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
Document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
Identifies and facilitates the resolution of any issues that may arise.
Provide technical, project track and financial reports and budget outlines for executives committees.
Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues of cross-Technology project support requests.
Exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from the supervisor and work independently to manage one's time.
Ensure accountability with self and others and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Support cross-organizational high-performance teams, creating a collaborative environment and executing with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in a technical project management-related role, with a bachelor's degree or 2 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication (Including MS Office Suite), and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence technical (especially security) and business issues and/or solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changes in priorities, work demands, roles and responsibilities, and experience managing conflict to achieve goals, transparency with management and stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience with cyber security.
Attainment of relevant certificates, e.g. CISSP, CRISC, CISA, PMP, PRINCE2, is preferred.
Skills:
Ability to work under pressure, balance competing priorities and manage customer expectations when demand exceeds capacity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
We will be able to expose you to areas you have not experienced before – your intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn will be key.
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
