We are looking for a Project Manager for an innovative company that is making a big impact in the educational landscape by introducing hands-on learning solutions in robotics, programming and new technologies.As part of the Customer Success team, you will ensure the successful partnership and excellent experience of all parties - learners, instructors, educational institutions and partner companies - throughout the entire lifecycle, including solution implementation, learning and evaluation programs.Responsibilities:Developing a strategic vision in decision making from contract signing to implementation, follow up and final reporting.Handling the design, implementation and execution of projects at the client's premises.Adapting to the specifications and goals of each project and client.Maintaining a proactive attitude in anticipation of difficulties to ensure smooth implementation, fulfillment of expectations and success of the whole process.Acquisition and management of resources needed for the projects.Coordinating and communicating fluidly with the involved stakeholders: Customer Success team and the client's point of contacts.Ability to interpret KPIs and optimize the overall process accordingly.Requirements+4 years of experience in Project Management and team coordination.Previous experience managing several projects at the same time, ideally in a learning environment.Catalan, Spanish and English at an advanced level.B1 driving license.Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different contexts and interlocutors.Strong interest in the education and technology fields.Benefits:Stable and growing company, with great career opportunities.
