Project Manager (Contract)

Project Manager - Hybrid working in Malaga YanTech Associates have partnered with a leading technical consultancy in Spain who are searching for an experienced Project Manager/Proxy Product Owner with a strong background in banking Back Office projects, particularly in Accounting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a squad of 18, managing requirements and facilitating Agile development.
Participate in defining the bank's multi-year investment strategy for the Receivables product.
Propose technological and operational solutions, estimating project costs and identifying necessary resources.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders across Operations, Business, and Technology.
Oversee the operational and technological transformation of the product, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
Proven experience with internal bank teams (IG, ACO, Accounting, Back Office, Reporting).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Back Office systems (LoanIQ preferred) and Supply Chain Finance products is a plus.
Knowledge of financial concepts, credit risks, payment methods, and accounting will be advantageous.
