Role Responsibilities Content, experiences, and innovation: Conceptualize, create, and deploy projects for outstanding results and innovative and creative media activations.
You will have direct interlocution with clients to develop ideas, propose production projects and report results.
You will be responsible for budget control for the proposals and projects.
Management together with the production profiles of special actions that transcend the media domain to become experiences.
Special appeal for digital and gaming experiences, but also knowledge on traditional media special activations.
Follow-up of fixed metrics and KPIs and periodic report elaboration both of evaluation of punctual actions and always on.
Negotiation with existing suppliers.
Registration and contracting of suppliers (tool "Project Manager").
Product Integration: You will lead global strategy of one of our clients about integration on audiovisual productions.
You will be responsible for identifying production companies (from movies to shows) and scout integration opportunities to implement during different sprint tiers.
Global scope.
Responsible for negotiation, budget control and implementation.
Regular report of status to Global Business Lead at PHD and CMO for client team.
Follow-up of fixed metrics and KPIs and periodic report elaboration both of evaluation of punctual actions and always on.
Registration and contracting of suppliers (tool "Project Manager").
Pre-billing of projects (tool "Project Manager").
Qualifications / Skill Requirements: Specialized profile in project management, especially on audiovisual integration.
3 years' + experience in a Creative content/innovation role.
This could be in a digital agency, creative agency, or media agency.
A brilliant and lateral ideas generator.
Proven track record in delivering creative comms/channel planning solutions / POE.
Preferably with contacts and knowledge about audiovisual productions and production companies.
Have strong organizational and analytical skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong Project Management skills.
Able to build rapport quickly and credibly with clients and other agency partners on the brand.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of marketing communication channels (including digital and content) and innovative trends in the industry.
Negotiation skills and strategic approach to share views and persuade.
Well organized, able to manage a high work volume and stay cool under pressure.
Proven record of client management, strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong aptitude for driving collaboration and integration, building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues.
Demonstration of high-level entrepreneurial capabilities both for the client's business and the Agency.
A good logical and creative mindset.
Advanced English/Spanish level required.
Must have European Community (EU) work permit.
